John 6:32-35
King James Version
32 Then Jesus said unto them,
Verily, verily, I say unto you,
Moses gave you not that bread from heaven;
but my Father giveth you the true bread from heaven.
33 For the bread of God
is he which cometh down from heaven,
and giveth life unto the world.
34 Then said they unto him,
Lord, evermore give us this bread.
35 And Jesus said unto them,
I am the bread of life:
he that cometh to me shall never hunger;
and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.
At PRAISE village, we eat in a spirit of love.
First, we thank our Creator, for all of the blessings.
Second, we thank GOD for our families, friends, and farmers.
Third, we pray that all have enough to eat, everywhere in the world.
We cannot enjoy meals unless those occur, and these verses apply:
Proverbs 15:17
King James Version
17 Better is a dinner of herbs where love is,
than a stalled ox and hatred therewith.
Proverbs 16:19
King James Version
19 Better it is to be of an humble spirit with the lowly,
than to divide the spoil with the proud.
Proverbs 17:1
King James Version
17 Better is a dry morsel,
and quietness therewith,
than an house full of sacrifices with strife.
Acts 2:46
King James Version
46 And they,
continuing daily with one accord in the temple,
and breaking bread from house to house,
did eat their meat
with gladness and singleness of heart,
No matter how humble the food, how simple the meal, how spare the resources, the true born again relishes every precious meal, in a spirit of love and gratitude.
ESPECIALLY if CHRIST is in our midst.
Food will be prepared, with love.
Our food will taste better, no matter how simple.
Our conversations will be kind.
Our homes will be filled with cheer.
That's how homes must be.
May you have CHRIST in your home.
Only He can bring love into a home.
And into our hearts.
